If yes, please provide details: The 9500-lb AHC-800 drill rig will be mounted over the moon pool and lower drill string pipe through the moon pool to the seafloor for drilling. It is essential to maintain station very accurately (~5 m) with dynamic positioning during drilling operations. DOSECC will also lower a taut wire through the moon pool for heave compensation detection.

Drill pipe has a weak link for safety if ship has to move off site in an emergency.
