NOAA event response project – Re-map the distribution of toxic dinoflagellate cysts of Alexandrium fundyense and A. ostenfeldii in the Gulf of Maine (including the Bay of Fundy). This survey is part of the emergency event response to the major Alexandrium bloom that occurred in the Gulf of Maine in 2005. This survey will show the change in cyst abundance and distribution after the bloom.
